On-Ice Training

FHF offers on-ice training as well as always uploading drills for goalies and coaches to use!

Private On-Ice Goalie Training

Private training consists of a max of 2 goalies unless otherwise requested. Typically these lessons are done out of St Clair Shores, MI arena but location can vary if you book your ice. Cost is $120 per goalie for 50 min of on ice instruction that includes video breakdown. The entire session’s film is available upon request as well.

Goalie Clinics

Firehockeyfit Goalie Clinics are unique one or two day camps that include a minimum of 80 minutes of on-ice instruction and 40 minutes of off-ice training. These clinics include film breakdown, small group structure, and personalized coaching.
